Consider This! Masks, Distancing, and the Public

The College of Science's Edison Lectures, the Eck Institute for Global Health, and the Office of the Provost have launched a weekly webinar series titled, Consider This! Simplifying the COVID-19 Conversation. The series will feature live discussions unpacking the science and research behind the coronavirus pandemic by exploring in-depth related issues in an accessible manner for the general public.

Starting October 5, Consider This! will air each Monday from 6-7 p.m. EST. To register for the webinar, please click here

The webinar series is co-hosted by Heidi Beidinger-Burnett, associate professor of the practice and director of the Master of Science in Global Health program, and Mary Ann McDowell, associate professor of biological sciences.

On October 19, Dr. Mark Fox, St. Joseph County Department of Health deputy health officer, David Leighton, professor in the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, and Mark McCready, professor in the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering and senior associate dean for research and graduate studies in the College of Engineering, will join the Consider This! co-hosts for a conversation titled, Masks, Distancing, and the Public.
